Thank you for your interest in hair services at Naturally Chic Salon. We are strictly an appointment base salon. Scheduling is handled via our online scheduling system. When making appointments online please choose all of the services you would like to receive to allow the proper amount of time to perform services requested. Please provide the best contact information with a valid credit or debit card. By entering your card information you agree to the terms of our cancellation policy. A signature is required for all payments therefore your card on file will not be charged until after you’ve been serviced.

Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate circumstance you may have to cancel or reschedule we require 48 notices to allow another guest to reserve that time. Canceling 24 hours from appointment time will result in a 50% charge of services scheduled and same day appointment cancellations are 100% service charge.

No call/No Show Fee

We value our guest time and we ask that you extend the same courtesy. No call, no shows will not be tolerated and will result in 100% of the service charge. To be able to schedule future services a non-refundable prepayment will be required however scheduling is completely up to the stylist discretion.

Adjustments to Appointments

We ask for 48 hours for edits to appointments. We block out a solid amount of time for each service. If you wish to make changes please visit your appointment page in your styleseat account to make the proper edits. However, changes outside of 48 hours will have to be emailed to or give us a call at 410-929-3654 during normal business hours.

No Guest Policy

We have a no guest policy and due to limited seating and no children allowed unless being serviced. We know you love your pet but no animals are allowed.

Appointment Prep 

To prepare for your appointment hair should be loose of previous style and fully detangled.

Early Arrival

We ask that you do not arrive to your appointment more than 10 minutes early. Arriving more than 10 minutes could interrupt the appointment of the previous guest and it allows us time to disinfect the area properly.

Late Policy

If you run behind, get turned around we completely understand, we ask that you make your stylist aware as soon as possible. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest schedule that day. Special Accommodations

Forms of Payment Accepted

All major credit cards (VISA, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and MASTERCARD) are accepted with a surcharge. Cash is preferred. No personal checks accepted.
